Even though a person suffering from paralysis loses the ability to move in certain parts of the body, it is crucial to have some or other form of regular exercise. The biggest benefit of exercise is that it will help to maintain and improve blood circulation and also strengthen the affected muscles. It will also help you regain balance and motor skills in the affected areas.

BLOOD PRESSURE CONTROL FOR PARALYSIS

High blood pressure is the major cause of stroke. Extremely elevated blood pressure can damage blood vessels in the brain. Making a few changes to your lifestyle can help a lot to lower blood pressure or keep it under control.

There are two types of stroke-

  • Ischemic stroke
  •  Hemorrhagic.

An ischemic stroke happens when a blood vessel becomes blocked, usually by a blood clot and a portion of the brain becomes contains oxygen, resulting in decreased functioning of the brain. Brain hemorrhages occur when an artery in the brain bursts. High blood pressure can lead to stroke by damaging and weakening your brain's blood vessels.

Sometimes people can lower down high blood pressure by making simple lifestyle changes, but you may also need to take medications as advised by our ayurvedic doctors. Reducing the amount of salt you eat is one of the most important habits that you can perform to reduce your blood pressure. All paralysis patients are highly advised to take a low- salt diet.

paralysis

PC6 is an important acupressure point to control blood pressure naturally. Found at the distance of three finger width from the wrist crease on the inner forearm. This point is activated by applying pressure using the thumb.

LI 4 is another useful acupressure point situated in the webbing between the forefinger and the thumb. Repeat the massage treatment 10-12 times during the day.

DIABETES CONTROL IN PARALYSIS

One of the techniques that are very effective in controlling diabetes is Acupressure therapy. By putting pressure on the right acupressure point (Pancreas point) can help to control diabetes. Having high blood sugar damages blood vessels over time, making clots more likely to form inside them. Regularly pressing and massaging this point will help to reduce diabetes. Diabetes can be controlled with the proper use of acupressure points.

3.Saturated fats. These cause high cholesterol. Eat mostly polyunsaturated and monounsaturated oils and spreads. Try nut butter or avocado.

4.Alcohol. Drinking too much alcohol contributes to a number of stroke risk factors, including high blood pressure. Healthy men and women should have no more than two standard drinks a day. After a stroke, your doctor can advise when it is safe for you to start drinking alcohol again and how much it is safe for you to drink.

5Limit your intake of saturated and trans fat and cholesterol. Cholesterol is a fatty substance made by your body and found in foods of animal origin. Your body needs cholesterol to maintain the health of your body's cells.

6. Trim the sodium in your diet. Eating too much sodium may cause you to retain fluids and increase your blood pressure. So the paralysis patients have to avoid sodium in their diet.

7Choose foods high in fiber. Dietary fiber is the part of plants the body cannot digest. As it passes through your body it affects the way your body digests foods and absorbs nutrients so consume high fiber foods as much as possible.

BRAIN STROKE CAUSES AND SYMPTOMS

WHAT IS PARALYSIS OR STROKE

Paralysis could be one of the most horrific conditions that a human body can be affected. A paralyzed person loses the capacity of voluntary movement in some or all parts of the body. The most difficult part of paralysis is when the person has to become totally dependent on someone else to finish most of the routine tasks. Paralysis is also called Brain stroke that happens when a part of the brain stops working. The ultimate effect is shown in the body parts like Legs, Arms, etc. and movement stops on that part. Brain stroke occurs when the Blood flow to a part of the brain is stopped. Sai Sanjivni is an organization that is best known for its paralysis treatment. It provides ayurvedic medicines along with guidance for the physiotherapy exercises. and they never suggest patients stop allopathic treatment for high blood pressure, sugar, cholesterol for any other ailment. More than 70% of patients show improvement in paralytic condition.

The loss of voluntary muscle is mostly accompanied by numbness or loss of sensation in the affected part. Diplegia and hemiplegia are two of the most serious forms of paralysis.

  • Diplegia: refers often only affects both arms or both legs, it can extend to both sides of the face as well.
  • Hemiplegia: is often characterized by a loss of strength and mobility on one side of the body.

Paralysis can occur in local or generalized forms, or it may follow a certain pattern. Most of the time paralysis is caused by nervous-system damage. Other most common causes of Paralysis are as follows:

1.STROKE

A stroke occurs when the blood supply to the brain is suddenly blocked or when a blood vessel in the brain bursts. Like all other organs, the brain needs a constant supply of blood that contains oxygen and nutrients to function properly. If the blood supply is restricted or stopped, brain cells will begin to die, which can lead to brain damage that often results in paralysis.

In most cases, stroke paralysis affects the opposite side where the brain is damaged due to a stroke of any part of the body that can be affected by it. The immediate fallout of 90% of stroke-affected people is paralysis of some degree.

Fortunately, through paralysis stroke physiotherapy, medication and stroke recovery exercises it is possible to recover from the condition and regain body movements.

A person who suffers a stroke in the left hemisphere of the brain has shown right-sided paralysis or paresis. A person with a stroke in the right hemisphere shows deficits on the left side of the body.

There are two main types of stroke:

1. Ischemic stroke - Ischemic strokes occur as a result of a clot within a blood vessel supplying blood to the brain

2. Hemorrhagic Stroke – It happens when blood vessels burst and bleed into the blood.

The symptoms of a stroke include:

  • Sudden numbness or weakness (especially on one side of the body)
  • Confusion or trouble speaking or understanding speech
  • Vision impairment in one or both eyes
  • Difficulties with walking
  • Dizziness or loss of balance or coordination
  • Severe headache with no known cause.

2.HEAD INJURY

A severe head injury can cause brain damage. The brain's surface can tear or bruise as it bumps against the skull, damaging blood vessels and nerves. The most severe types of head injury can cause an extensive functional limitation such a paralysis, and severely limited mental functioning. Brain injury can happen when a sudden, violent blow or jolt to the head results in damage to the brain. It is a major cause of disability and death.
As the brain collides with the inside of the skull, there may be bruising of the brain, tearing of nerve fibers and bleeding. If the skull fractures, a broken piece of the skull may penetrate the brain tissue.

SYMPTOMS OF HEAD INJURY -

  • a loss of consciousness
  • convulsions or seizures
  • repeated vomiting
  • slurred speech
  • weakness or numbness in the arms, legs, hands, or feet
  • agitation
  • loss of coordination
  • dilated pupils
  • inability to wake up from sleep
  • severe headache

3. SPINAL CORD

The Spinal Cord coordinates the body’s movement and sensation. A spinal cord injury is damage to the spinal cord that results in a loss of function, such as mobility or feeling. The function of the Spinal cord is to carry message signals of movement from your brain to your body parts, return sensory signals from body parts to your brain and perform reflexive actions. If you've recently experienced a spinal cord injury, it might seem like every aspect of your life has been affected. You might feel the effects of your injury mentally, emotionally and socially.

Spinal cord injuries of any kind may result in one or more of the following signs and symptoms -

  • Loss of movement
  • Loss or altered sensation, including the ability to feel heat, cold and touch
  • Loss of bowel or bladder control
  • Exaggerated reflex activities or spasms
  • Changes in sexual function, sexual sensitivity, and fertility
  • Pain or an intense stinging sensation caused by damage to the nerve fibers in your spinal cord
  • Difficulty breathing, coughing or clearing secretions from your lungs.

COMMON  CAUSES OF SPINAL CORD INJURY -

  • Motor vehicle accidents. Auto and motorcycle accidents are the leading cause of spinal cord injuries, accounting for almost half of the new spinal cord injuries each year.
  • Falls. A spinal cord injury after age 65 is most often caused by a fall. Overall, falls cause more than 15 percent of spinal cord injuries.
  • Acts of violence. Around 12 percent of spinal cord injuries result from violent encounters, often involving gunshot and knife wounds.
  • Sports and recreation injuries. Athletic activities, such as impact sports and diving in shallow water, cause about 10 percent of spinal cord injuries.
  • Alcohol. Alcohol use is a factor in about 1 out of every 4 spinal cord injuries.
  • Diseases. Cancer, arthritis, osteoporosis, and inflammation of the spinal cord also can cause spinal cord injuries.

4. MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS

Multiple sclerosis (MS) is a nervous system disease that affects your brain and spinal cord. It damages the myelin sheath, the material that surrounds and protects your nerve cells, which can result in the messages coming to and from the brain. This can result in Stroke. The immune system attacks the protective sheath that covers nerve fibers and causes communication problems between your brain and the rest of your body. Eventually, the disease can cause permanent damage to the nerves.

There's no cure for multiple sclerosis. However, treatments can help speed recovery from attacks, modify the course of the disease and manage symptoms.

SYMPTOMS -

Multiple sclerosis signs and symptoms may differ greatly from person to person and over the course of the disease depending on the location of affected nerve fibers. Symptoms often affect movement, such as:

  • Slurred speech
  • Fatigue
  • Dizziness
  • Tingling or pain in parts of your body
  • Problems with sexual, bowel and bladder function

 SYMPTOMS OF BRAIN STROKES -

1.Muscular: difficulty walking, instability, paralysis with weak muscles, problems with coordination, stiff muscles, overactive reflexes, or paralysis of one side of the body
2.Visual: blurred vision, double vision, sudden vision loss, or temporary loss of vision in one eye
3.Whole body: fatigue, light-headedness, or vertigo
4.Speech: difficulty speaking, slurred speech, or speech loss
6.5.Sensory: pins and needles or reduced sensation of touch
7.Facial: muscle weakness or numbness
8.Limbs: numbness or weakness
9.Also common: difficulty swallowing, headache, inability to understand, mental confusion, or rapid involuntary eye movement

NEUROPLASTICITY -  It refers to the process of reorganizing the neurons in the brain. it helps the brain to develop properly.
when the part if the body is damaged then the brain makes further alternative paths to control that part.

During 6 months of the brain stroke, the body starts working slowly and improvement can be seen in the body of the patient. But after 6 months, recovery of paralysis becomes more difficult and neuroplasticity stops.

So, proper recovery can be done by repeating the cure and treatment of paralysis. Treatment of paralysis includes medicines and regular exercise. Neuroplasticity may vary from patient to patient

The nutrition required to recover from paralysis -

1. PROTEIN. Protein is a much-needed element as it works as a building block in the body tissue. Chicken, egg, and fish are some of the food items which have a high amount of protein. Patients with fish diet recover fast then other patients, it is recommended that a patient should eat fish twice a week.

2. VITAMIN D: Vitamin D which is highly produced in Mushroom is also advised to patients.

3. VITAMIN B12: Another vitamin that is essential for paralysis patients is Vitamin B12 which can be found in many food items and can also be injected in the patient.

How to improve the functioning of the brain?

1. Provide proper nutrition
2. Improve Neuroplasticity
3. The repetition of exercise is restored in the brain.

WALKING: Patients are also advised for walking and it is the best exercise for paralysis patients. Daily changes in the movements of the patients help incomplete recovery.

HAND EXERCISES: Hand exercises like extension and stretching helps in the movement of hands.

WRITING: Writing can also help in hand movement as the movement in the muscles of fingers helps to increase the blood circulation and movement of hands and arms.

Regular physical activities and domestic works are too performed by the patients. It will help them to recover easily.

Duration Of Recovery In Paralysis Treatment

Paralysis is a condition where a person experiences loss of muscle function in the body and suffers from sensory loss. It can either affect one side of the body, known as Hemiplegia, or both sides of the body, known as Diplegia.
There are numerous conditions that can lead to Paralysis. The most common causes are stroke, head injury, spinal cord injury and multiple sclerosis. The type of paralysis that a patient suffers from will depend on the cause of the paralytic attack. The time taken to recover from a paralysis can vary from patient to patient. Sai Sanjivani offers the best Ayurvedic Paralysis treatment and the patient can see the change in movement of the paralyzed limb within 30 days of treatment for paralysis.

A stroke occurs when the brain is damaged due to lack of blood supply. Eighty percent of all strokes occur when blood flow to the brain is suddenly cut off- usually by a blood clot or some obstruction. Sai Sanjivani Paralysis treatment works wonders and more than 70% patients show improvement in paralytic condition within the first month of treatment. The patients can see the changes and feel the improvement in the body.

The process of recovering from brain hemorrhage happens quite fast. Progress and recovery are different for each person. A patient can feel the recovery in the first month of the Paralysis treatment. Some abilities that have been lost usually start to come back. Recovery after brain hemorrhage depends on several factors:

• The location of the bleeding, cause and the extent of bleeding.

• Brain hemorrhage patients recover completely within 4-6 months, whereas, brain clot patients recover within 3-4 months.

• People who have had a brain stroke have an increased risk of another stroke, especially during the first year after the original stroke and the duration of recovery also increases.

Ayurvedic Paralysis Treatment offered by Sai Sanjivani is very effective and their medicines work on the root cause of Paralysis. They suggest their patients to make videos every month during the treatment showing the voluntary movements in the paralyzed area. This helps them to compare and measure recovery in patients.
Spinal cord injury is devastating, not only for the injured person but for families and friends. Improvements can be seen every month but recovery takes a long time and depends on many factors including the type and degree of injury and the patient’s age, general health, and other injuries. While most recovery occurs in the first six months, some may continue until 12- 18 months after the injury. The patients have to be strong during the treatment for the best outcomes.

The patients are strictly advised to take medicines properly and follow the diet instructions to get maximum and good results. Regular exercising can help the patient cope better and also improve overall health.

Why Patient Feel Pain During Paralysis Treatment

Paralysis is the inability to use a part of your body or loss of muscle function in a part of your body. There are many types of paralysis because there are innumerable ways that the body can be injured. The most serious forms of paralysis are Diplegia and Hemiplegia. Diplegia affects to symmetrical parts of the body, usually affecting either the arms or the legs. Hemiplegia affects only one side of the body.
Stroke is a major cause of Paralysis. A stroke occurs when the blood supply to the brain is suddenly blocked or when a blood vessel in the brain bursts. The brain is the most important and complex organ of human body. It controls all the senses and functions of the body. If a stroke occurs and blood flow can’t reach the region that controls a particular body function, then that part of the body won’t work as it should. The major causes of stroke are-

• Blood clot that forms in a brain blood vessel.

• Brain hemorrhage caused by an artery in the brain bursting and causing localized bleeding in the surrounding tissues.

• High blood pressure, which stresses the artery walls until they break.

• A traumatic brain injury can lead to increase in the risk of having a stroke.

There is no fixed duration of time that a patient will take to recover from Paralysis. There are many factors that can affect the cause that led to the paralytic attack which includes the age of the patient, the type of paralysis that the patient is suffering from and other factors. Sai Sanjivani provides the best Ayurvedic Paralysis Treatment and patients can see the marvelous results and improvement in muscle tonicity, speech, gait and grip from the very first week of the treatment.

When the patient takes the medicine, the patient can experience a sudden and severe increase in muscle stiffness that can cause a lot of pain and discomfort. If a patient does physiotherapy in the wrong way, a lot of muscle stiffness can be experienced. Your muscles need you to be moving and active. For most people, pain is a sign that the body is being harmed in some way. That is not the case in Sai Sanjivani Paralysis treatment. If there is no pain before the treatment and the patient suddenly feels pain during the treatment, then despite considering it as a good sign of recovery, the patient jump to the wrong conclusion of this condition and think that medicines are not working.

• Massage
Massage can provide relief to the patient as well as improve blood circulation in the area, which can be good for overall muscle movement and function.

• Hot Fomentation
Hot fomentation or heat packs acts like a first aid for getting the relief from pain to some extent. This tends to work best for soothing muscle stiffness.

• Physiotherapy
Physiotherapy has a crucial role to play at helping paralysis patients adapt to their lives, by making them as independent as possible. Physiotherapy helps to improve blood circulation and relax muscles.

After following these three instructions, the patient can get pain relief and recovery of function. If there is no pain before the treatment and the patient feels the pain during the treatment- then it is considered as a good sign of recovery by doctors. It shows that the medicines are working and a person is able to regain movement.

A patient should stay strong and not lose hope. Early detection, prevention, and treatment with our medicines and instructions will go a long way.

Signs Of Recovery In Paralysis Treatment

Paralysis is a loss of muscle function in part of your body. When one side of the body is paralyzed, it’s called Hemiplegia; on two sides, it’s called Diplegia. The signs and symptoms of paralysis will depend upon its severity, as well as what parts of the body it affects. Depending upon the severity of the paralysis as well as its underlying causes, it can affect on one side or both the sides of the body.

Loss of movement and feeling can be sudden and immediate, such as with trauma or stroke, or it can begin with muscle weakness and gradually progress, particularly when it is caused by certain diseases or illnesses. The four most common causes of paralysis are:

• Stroke
• Head Injury
• Spinal Cord Injury and
• Multiple Sclerosis

Paralysis treatment is generally done to deal with symptoms and help regain muscle movement. When a patient takes Sai Sanjivani Paralysis treatment, the patient goes through several changes from the very first month. Measuring and recording a patient’s signs accurately is important as this gives an indication of the patient’s recovery. Paralysis survivors can experience different sorts of pain during the treatment which is a good sign of recovering, according to doctors. Patients show improvement in paralytic condition within the first month of the treatment and can feel an improvement in muscle tonicity, speech, gait, and grip.

When any part of the body is damaged- such as brain, nerves or spinal cord, the signals to move do not make it through to the muscles and results in Paralysis. The patient will not be able to initiate any type of movement in the muscles in the areas that are affected, and in some cases in the entire side of the body that is affected. When the patient takes the medicine, the patient can experience a sudden and severe increase in muscle stiffness that can cause a lot of pain and discomfort. To reduce the pain, patients are advised to apply Til oil on the affected area. This will also help to relax your muscles.

In case of severe stiffness, start Physiotherapy for gaining muscle power. Physiotherapy helps the patient to strengthen the muscles and also stay more and more active. Even if the patient cannot walk yet, regular movement of the limbs will help the patient to regain at least some movement. The last important sign of recovery in Paralysis treatment is movement.

The patient will be able to regain almost full control over movement in the areas that have been affected by the paralytic attack. The patient will now be able to move the arms, legs, and feet and be more independent.

The patients can see the following signs of recovery after taking Sai Sanjivani Paralysis Treatment:

• If there is no pain before the treatment, the patient can feel the pain during the treatment- which is a good sign of recovery.

• If the patient is suffering from the pain before, then the medicines can help to relieve the pain.

• The patient will be able to regain almost full control over movement in the areas that have been affected by the paralytic attack.

• Improvement in muscle tonicity, speech, gait, and grip.

• The patient will be able to move the arms, legs, and feet and be more independent.

Causes Of Paralysis

Paralysis is the loss or impairment of voluntary muscular power. Paralysis is a loss of muscle function in the part of your body that may be accompanied by sensory loss, also referred as loss of feeling. The most serious forms of paralysis are Diplegia and hemiplegia. Diplegia refers to paralysis affecting symmetrical parts of the body, usually affecting either the arms or the legs, whereas Hemiplegia is a form of paralysis that affects just one side of the body.

Paralysis can occur in local or generalized forms, or it may follow a certain pattern. Most of the time paralysis is caused by nervous-system damage. Other most common causes of Paralysis are as follows:

  1. Stroke

  1. Head Injury

A severe head injury can cause brain damage. The brain’s surface can tear or bruise as it bumps against the skull, damaging blood vessels and nerves. The most severe types of head injury can cause extensive functional limitations such a paralysis, and severely limited mental functioning.

  1. Spinal Cord

The Spinal Cord coordinates the body’s movement and sensation. A spinal cord injury is a damage to the spinal cord that results in a loss of function, such as mobility or feeling. The function of the Spinal cord is to carry message signals of movement from your brain to your body parts, returns sensory signals from body parts to your brain and performs reflexive actions.

  1. Multiple Sclerosis

Multiple sclerosis (MS) is a nervous system disease that affects your brain and spinal cord. It damages the myelin sheath, the material that surrounds and protects your nerve cells, which can result in the messages coming to and from the brain. This can result in Stroke.

The Ayurvedic approach to illness is holistic and therefore after Sai Sanjivani Ayurvedic treatment for paralysis, a patient will find improvement in paralytic condition. Ayurvedic medicines work directly on the root cause of Stroke. It works on the nervous tissue to stimulate it to develop an alternate route for conductance of electrical signals. Patients can see great results in paralytic limb, improvement in speech, improvement in grip and gait.

Sai Sanjivani provides the best ayurvedic paralysis treatment and they never suggest patients stop allopathic treatment for high blood pressure, sugar, cholesterol for any other ailment. More than 70% of patients show improvement in paralytic condition.

Paralysis could be one of the most horrific conditions that a human body can be affected with. A paralyzed person loses the capacity of voluntary movement in some or all part of the body. The most difficult part of paralysis is when the person has to become totally dependent on someone else to finish most of the routine tasks.

The loss of voluntary muscle is mostly accompanied by numbness or loss of sensation in the affected part. Diplegia and hemiplegia are two of the most serious forms of paralysis. Diplegia refers often only affects both arms or both legs, it can extend to both sides of the face as well. Hemiplegia is often characterized by a loss of strength and mobility on one side of the body.

Paralysis is always caused due to impairment of the central nervous system, i.e the brain, spinal cord or due to impairment of the peripheral nervous system. The most common causes of paralysis are as follows:

  1. Stroke

A stroke occurs when the blood supply to the brain is suddenly blocked or when a blood vessel in the brain bursts.

  1. Spinal Cord Injury

When the spinal cord is damaged because of the neck or spine injury, the brain cannot transmit signals to the muscles resulting in Paralysis.

  1. Multiple sclerosis

Multiple Sclerosis is a chronic and often disabling disease of the central nervous system. This can result in paralysis.

  1. Head Injury

When a part of the brain that controls specific muscles is damaged because of head injury, paralysis occurs.

The signs and symptoms of paralysis will depend upon what caused the paralysis as well as what parts of the body are affected. Loss of movement and feeling can be sudden and immediate, such as with trauma or stroke, or it can begin with muscle weakness and gradually progress. The common symptoms of paralysis are as follows:

  • The person cannot feel when something touches him/her or even when someone else touches him/her.
  • The person cannot feel heat or cold. Numbness to weather is common.
  • The person also does not feel pain in the affected part.
  • An impairment of vision is also seen.

In spite of the various treatments available, Ayurveda has proved or stands to be one of the most effective treatments for the best possible recovery in Paralysis condition. Ayurvedic medicines work on the root cause of paralysis; it works directly on the nervous tissue to stimulate it to develop an alternate route for conductance of electrical signals. Ayurvedic treatment for Paralysis helps to cope up effectively and stops from occurring again. The treatment works only on your nervous tissue, it helps the body to develop an alternate route for electrical conductance to the limb.

Summary: If you want to take Paralysis treatment, then this article may help you further.

Main Text:

Paralysis is a loss or impairment of voluntary movement in a body part caused by injury or disease of the nerves, brain or spinal cord. Paralysis is the loss to move some or all part of the body. Diplegia and hemiplegia are linked by their description of very specific kinds of paralysis. It’s essential to know the difference between the two. Diplegia affects two corresponding parts of the body, typically both arms or both legs. Hemiplegia involves the loss of movement and sensation on one side.

Recent statistics show 1 in 50 people globally have been diagnosed with some or the other type of paralysis. The most common causes of Paralysis are the stroke, spinal cord injury, head injury, Multiple sclerosis.

  • A stroke is a serious medical condition that occurs when the blood supply to your brain is disturbed.
  • Paralysis can occur if a part of the brain that controls specific muscles is damaged during a severe head injury.
  • If the neck or spine is injured, the spinal cord can also be damaged, it can cause Paralysis.
  • In MS, the myelin around the nerve fibers becomes damaged, which disturbs the messages coming to and from the brain. This can result in paralysis.

After paralysis stroke, a patient shows recovery for next 3–4 months, the problem arises after that, once the improvement stops. To regain the lost movement of limbs, conductance of nerve impulse is essential. As per allopathic treatment, this can’t be achieved, but ayurvedic medicines have shown great results.

Diagnosing paralysis is quite easy to do because the main symptom is a loss of muscle control in a body area is so obvious. There is no fixed time duration that a patient will take to recover from paralysis. There are few factors that can affect how long it will take for the patient to recover from a paralytic attack:

  • Cause that leads to the paralytic attack.
  • Age of the patient.
  • The overall health of the patient.
  • Type of paralysis that the patient is suffering from.
  • The stability that the patient follows throughout the rehabilitation program.

Paralysis treatment is generally done to deal with symptoms and help regain muscle movement. The goal of the treatment is to help a person adapt to life with paralysis by making them as independent as possible. Physiotherapy also helps paralysis patients to a great extent. Depending on the kind of paralysis, patients undergo physiotherapy therapy sessions where they are made to do different exercises to help regain muscle movement. This treatment requires a lot of patience and strong will. Ayurvedic Paralysis treatment is quite effective and can help to change in movement of the paralyzed within 30 days of treatment for paralysis.

Identifying the cause of paralysis can help to make a proper diagnosis and outline the best treatment to help you regain movement.
